Cancellations

All cancellation and booking amendments require at least 12h notice. Should you cancel or fail to meet the 12h time frame for your first appointment, your deposit will become non-refundable. If you fail to turn up to your appointment without letting us know, it will go down as a “NO SHOW” on our system. Two or more “NO SHOW” will mean that when you make your next booking with us, you will be required to pay for the treatment upfront in full during the booking process.
